BowTime withdrawal policy

In short: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for booked sessions; they can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start. For vouchers and bonus cards bought online, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.
No right of withdrawal for session bookings
For contracts for services in connection with leisure activities for which a specific date is provided, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB. This applies to all BowTime bookings with a fixed date, for example in the ArcheryTime archery arena, for Family Sunday or for league night.
Instead, the cancellation rules in § 7 of our terms apply: up to 72 hours before the start, you can cancel free of charge via the cancellation link in your booking confirmation; the amount paid is refunded via Stripe to your original payment method. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
Right of withdrawal for vouchers and bonus cards
If you buy a voucher or a bonus card as a consumer via our website, the following withdrawal policy applies.
Withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (refund via Stripe), unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Upon withdrawal, the voucher or bonus card becomes invalid.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period (for example by redeeming the voucher or bonus card for a session), you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
